Our meeting rooms are equipped with large screens, data projectors, microphone systems to assist you in the delivery of your events. We have a select list of suppliers who also specialise in audio visual technology if you are seeking specialise sound or lighting equipment.

We offer a range of catering solutions for events and meetings, from a light breakfast to a delicious hot and cold buffet. You can speak to our team about dietary requirements to arrange the most suitable refreshments for our event. Please also note that depending the size of our group, our Lady of the Lake Corporate Cruise is available to book for meetings and events.

Our events and conferencing facilities have dedicated free parking for ease of access for your delegates or guests. Located within easy reach of the hotel, you are able to attend your event without the hassle of searching for a parking space. From our conference centre we have lift access to the mezzanine floor where the Ballroom is located.

Many of the events we host require accommodation, we offer attractive corporate rates depending on the numbers attending your event. A bed and breakfast delegate rate is offered with the opportunity to include dinner. Our events team are available to work with you to make the necessary accommodation arrangements for your event.
